The ingredients are: Cane Sugar, Sweet Almond Oil, Shea Butter, Avocado Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Beeswax, Silky Emulsifying Wax and Fragrance Oil. 

Directions: This sugar scrub can join you right in the shower. To use a sugar scrub, wet your skin, which make it easier to exfoliate. After you shower, massage the scrub into your skin using gentle, circular motions. For extra smooth skin, let the scrub sit on your body for a couple of minutes. Then, rinse it off with warm water.
